It's been more than three years since the housing bubble burst – have we moved beyond the crisis? Join Richard Green, director of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate, for an overview of the current housing market across the nation and in Illinois. Hear his expert take on whether or not this is a good time to buy real estate, if houses will ever regain their pre-recession value, and if housing should be seen as a commodity or a long-term investment.

Charlie Trotter's To Go will again be preparing a special themed menu, and to savor it all we'll also feature the annual Wine Tasting Contest.
Gates open at 5:00 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m., but get there early to secure your spot and mix with your fellow Trojans in our reserved lawn area.
